Fics like A Blue Sky And Four Ducks

Bruce is supposed to be the world’s greatest detective, a creature of the night, and a master of keeping secrets. However, none of those titles hold up against a heavy post-surgery dose of hospital painkillers. When Clark walks into the recovery room, he finds a brilliantly loopy, incredibly high Batman who is currently having a profound emotional affair with a navy necktie. As Clark tries to keep Bruce from loudly shouting their secret identities to the entire hospital wing, Bruce lets him in on a few top-secret classified secrets: 1) He slept with Superman (and highly approves of his assets), 2) He is going to marry Superman one day, and 3) They are buying a farm with exactly four strategically balanced ducks. Clark is just trying to survive the sheer, blushing embarrassment of it all, while secretly melting into a puddle of pure happiness.
