Fics like Yata no Kagami
His parents are replacing him. People still expect the Phantom Thieves to swoop in and fix their problems. Nobody seems to be using the freedom he fought for them to have. Akira just seems to be doing everything wrong and maybe everything is wrong and he's supposed to be better than this and— And now he's back at the beginning. Back on the train to Tokyo. What choice does he even have except to follow his wish and do things differently? A new game plus (ng+) fic featuring: - An Akira Kurusu who is determined to accomplish the impossible, - A peanut gallery of personas that all refuse to shut the fuck up, - An abundance of chat logs, - A whole lot of Metaverse bullshit, - And now a literal third eye that manifested on Akira's forehead.
