August 1960: The dog days of summer. John's art school days have just recently come to an end, and Hamburg is right around the corner. Anticipating the tide that's rushing towards them, John and Paul are decidedly cloistered away together at all their favourite haunts, carving out pockets of time together while they still can. Or: An excuse to write Paul reading Keats aloud to John while they lie amongst the sunsoaked stones of St. Peter's Churchyard. (Inspired by the song Cemetry Gates by The Smiths)
