Fics like Robotnik NEEDS to implant technology in Stone and Stone lets him fic

Agent Stone has gone his whole life following authority that don't deserve their positions. So far, he has seen no one worthy of being in charge. Until he hears of Doctor Robotnik, the genius of a man. He soon develops a bit of a fixation on him and worms his way into being his next assistant. He's willing to do anything to serve him, and keep the job of a lifetime. (A little fic based on I don't even remember anymore where stone and robotnik are both equally obsessed and robotnik eventually starts doing surgery on stone to put gadgets in him.)
