Fics like Three-weeks clean

His hair falls across his face as he makes a slow, half-hearted attempt to sit up. He can smell it now—a rich, heady scent that intoxicates his every sense. It smells of amber, of caramel, of butter melting on his skin. It smells of gooseberries, peonies, and sweet Lambrusco. It smells like Louis. It is this realization that frees him from his own complacency, and Lestat feels it then—the sound of his own heart stopping to mimic that of another, the one beating confidently and freely at his side. His body is wrapped in a thick woolen blanket; beneath it slips the silk of a pajama that does not belong to him. He lies on pillows, feeling his feet dangle off the edge of a—couch? “Good morning, sleeping beauty,” that voice, frankly far too amused, reaches him from the opposite couch, across a hideous slate coffee table. OR Lestat collapses from an overdose during one of his concerts. Louis decides it's time to get him clean, whether he likes it or not.
