Kinger accidentally deletes Caine, but as the Ringmaster welcomes death, he wakes up in a world he forgot he was a part of. A human used by C&A and fed the lie that he was an artificial intelligence living in a world he created, when in fact, none of it was real. As Caine is left to piece together his broken memories and remember his life on earth, his paths cross with the humans used to create the mind files of his past circus members, helping him answer the question, "What is my purpose?" OR As Caine comes to terms with regaining his unknown humanity and searching for his forgotten past, he finds solace in the care of Christine; a girl with Pomni’s voice and attributes but no recollection of the circus itself. She’s lived a whole different life entirely. His emotional recollection not only brings them closer but forces the dangerous truth to come forward.
