Fics like Kissing Centaurs

[Two basic-looking men in suits sit at a desk inside the Canadian Tire Centre. Hockey players swirl around the ice behind them for warm-ups.] Johnny: Hello, everyone, and welcome to the 2021 season opener for the Ottawa Centaurs! I’m Jonny Bernard here with Martin Thomas, and we’re so glad it’s hockey season again. Mark: Indeed, we are Johnny. Especially when it comes to this team. Johnny: Absolutely. So many have been waiting for the so-called Gayest Team in Hockey to take to the ice for the first time. Mark: A mantle they proudly wear, and for good reason. When you have Shane Hollander, Ilya Rozanov, and Troy Barrett on your team, being queer might just be a superpower. Johnny: Do you think we’ll see a Hollander/Rozanov appearance on the Kiss Cam tonight? Mark: I think it might be one of the greatest disappointments in all of hockey if we don’t.
