Fics like sudoku

Earth pulled the book out of orbit, flicking through it while talking. “It’s more of a logic puzzle than math, but it does have numbers so um… technically? I think…” he trailed off and cleared his throat. “Would you like to learn how to play?” “Yes!” Neptune liked numbers after all. And it was quieter here. He folded his legs up beneath him and leaned forward, attentive. “It’s actually meant to be a one person game,” Earth explained, showing him the contents of the pages. A grid with a seemingly random scattering of numbers going from one to nine. Neptune felt himself perk up even more. “I can teach you the basics— you’ll probably pick it up fast anyway— and then I can give it to you for you to do in your orbit?” Neptune tapped his fingers together excitedly, and nodded. __ Earth teaches Neptune how to play various Earthling games
