Fics like pick your poison, you belong to me & spit

“you’re not—” Buck paused. “i’m not what, Buckley?” Eddie’s voice was low, sharp with something molten beneath it. “you’re not my boyfriend! you can’t just walk in here and—” The words shattered before they could finish. Eddie moved—quick, purposeful, devastating. He strode to Buck’s rucksack, like it was the root of something festering and unbearable and yanked it open. Prescription bottles flew—hurled with sharp, furious motions. They clattered against countertops, burst open mid-air, and rained down in a scatter of white and plastic. Eddie didn’t stop. Two strides—closing the already nonexistent space—and suddenly his hands were there, rough and unyielding, cradling Buck’s face. He yanked Buck’s head down, forcing eye contact, forcing closeness, forcing him to feel every word before it was even spoken. Buck’s breath hitched. “if you want to be fucked so beyond repair, Buckley,” Eddie hissed, the words scorching, breath hot against Buck’s mouth, “all you had to do was ask.”
