Fics like The very much not lone paladin

Normal world, normal rules. That was what Jaune lived by, whether he liked it or not. Sure, he'd like to be some hero, but it's not like there was some massive army of monsters of anything, or some grand antagonist. So Jaune decided to become a hero like his father was- a fire fighter! To start, he would get a degree in fire science and obtain the necessary certifications at Beacon! Everything was going well, so... what's that weird screen in the sky? -------------------------------------------------------- Based on 'The Lone Necromancer'
