Fics like I Can Change; You Just Have to Let Me

Wouldn’t it be heartbreaking if, after Ilya casually suggests Shane could sleep with other people when they’re apart, Shane takes it completely the wrong way? He becomes deeply insecure, convincing himself it means he isn’t performing well enough in the bedroom. Desperate to fix it, he starts googling ways to be better in bed, trying things he never would have considered before, all in a frantic attempt to keep Ilya satisfied. Or: After Ilya tells Shane he could sleep with other people, Shane tries to change himself so that Ilya wouldn’t want to look elsewhere. Based off a conversation briefly mentioned in TLG
