Fics like I Came Here to Get Stronger, Not Emotionally Compromised!

When Natsu leaves for his year of training, he expects battles — not buried truths (and too much dust) Confused but determined to find answers, he vows to remain loyal to himself. Even if a mysterious book answers to his blood and reveals memories that shouldn’t exist. As fragments of a past he doesn’t remember begin to surface, Natsu is forced to question everything — where he came from, who he was before Igneel… and whether the man known as Zeref was once something more than an enemy. Determined not to lose himself to doubt, Natsu pushes forward. But some truths don’t burn away so easily. Will he stand firm in who he believes he is? Will he trust his friends with a secret that could change everything? And when all the answers are revealed… will he accept it?
