Fics like Forward, Together [HIATUS]

After escaping the Deepsea Metro, Hachi is brought to the surface with nothing but fragments of language and no memories of his past. While he struggles to adapt to Inkling society, one overly enthusiastic hero decides to stay by his side—whether Hachi is ready for it or not. From quiet lessons to loud adventures, this is the story of learning a new world, a new language, and the people who make it feel like home.
