Fics like Don’t feed him and don’t fight him. (Even if you fight, you cannot win.)

Goggles woke up in his bed with a sore body. He squinted at the bright lights overhead as he rubbed his eyes awake, blinking away the haziness in his mind. His joints ached as he sat up against the propped pillow, stretching his stiff muscles for good measure. When his vision cleared, he was faced with his most familiar people crowded inside his bedroom. Some of them held flowers in their hands, white orchids and lilies wrapped into a clean bouquet. Rider has even brought red roses for him, how sweet! He stared at them, and they stared back at him. There was an awkward period of silence between them. What should he say? He doesn’t even remember what happened to cause such an event like this? Did he get injured at one point? It was Rider who stepped forward, serious and collected as ever amongst the many worried faces. “Who are you?” Goggles tilted his head. “Goggles? I thought you guys knew?” ˚⭒⤷ ゛ᔦꙬᔨ ˎˊ˗ ⭒˚ Week Three: Texting/Calling Prompt and challenge provided by corofic-appreciation on Tumblr.
