Fics like Ghostly Advisor

Being the ‘HR Advisor of Villains’ isn’t a easy task for anybody, but Yura’s been doing this for over 10 years. So it's only natural after all that she'd need some time to herself for a while She was supposed to go on a vacation for 2 months with her adorable dog, Chewy. She needed the time off to enjoy herself and get away from her ludicrous work. It was supposed to be perfect… So why the actual fuck did a metal suit fall from the sky and crush her body to smithereens... Better question is, why the hell is she glowing blue and stuck close to a comatose white man? --- What happens when a highly experienced villain awakens her power because of a falling mecha suit, have their body put into critical condition while seemingly turning into a ghost, accidentally anchoring her ghostly form to the pilot of the suit, and getting stuck with a honest to good selfless hero? Well, it results in lot of arguments and not so fun time for both parties. But maybe, with some time, they'll get along...
