Fics like The Black Phone: 1984

Two years after Gwen and Finney put down the Grabber "for good", they return to Camp Alpine as official counselors where they befriend the Losers Club. But once they start communicating with the dead, the dead communicates back. Because the timelines of the movies don't match up, we're going to pretend the events of It (2017) took place in 1980 as opposed to 1989, making this story set four years after the events of It and two years after Black Phone 2.
