Fics like Kiss Me, Son of God

The year is 1991. The sun is setting on the Fazbear empire, and only one restaurant remains, run by the last remaining Afton: Michael. Michael is 17, alone in the world, consumed by self-loathing caused by guilt about the death of his brother, and thinks this is the life he deserves. Mike Schmidt is also 17. The guilt he feels about his brother's disappearance is also crushing, but he can't afford to let it consume him. His mother is dying, his father is gone, and someone has to make money to take care of his baby sister, Abby. Desperate for a job, he applies to be a night guard at Freddy's, and is immediately hired. The two meet, and over time what once seemed like a hopeless existence starts to change shape. Will they be able to work through their pasts to find a new future together? And will they be able to put an end to William's reign of terror once and for all? Read along to find out!
