Fics like merry christmas, marty mcfly

marty mcfly never felt quite at home in the mcfly house. after the events of november 1985- and 1955- AND 1885- he thought he’d feel a bit differently. but after a few weeks of painful realization that his parents and siblings were just as bad as they’d been before- just in different, arguably worse, due to them being unfamiliar, ways- he’s about to give up entirely. and he is NOT looking forward to christmas. that is, until he realizes that he doesn’t have to spend christmas with the mcflys… and that he can spend christmas with HIS family. …wether they want him there or not. what the oh-so-infinitely-clever (and also possibly-ever-so-slightly-traumatized) marty mcfly doesn’t know is that they DO want him there… and they’re planning a suprise for their oldest son. but unfortunately, as they quickly learn, surprises- and feelings- this big can be a tad bit difficult to keep hidden for too long.
