Fics like Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party

Five years ago, Rumi vanished. She left the two women she promised to finally talk about everything with. After the battle, after the awards, after the world stopped watching… they were supposed to choose each other. Instead, Rumi ran. Now she hides, running a little flower-book-café that looks suspiciously like the life they once whispered about building. She tells herself she’s healing, that distance protects them, that love dulls with time. But every morning she reaches for ghosts she chose to leave, and every night she writes songs she swore no one would ever hear. Until one escapes. And suddenly the world hears her heart first — including the two people she broke it for. A confession of love, regret, and the terrifying hope that maybe it isn’t too late. They once promised to talk about their feelings. Rumi ran instead. Now the music speaks, and fate demands she finish the conversation. OR Rumi: runs away to be a sad lesbian :( Also Rumi: oops wrote the heartbreak album of the century Saja boys: "we're gonna upload it :)" Mira&Zoey: "did our ex-demon hunter/lover(?) just drop a diss track(s) about longing for us???"
