Fics like Petal by Petal

Aerith, a former artist, leaves behind Midgar for Kalm with a handful of gil, several boxes of flowers and seedlings, and the bright idea of opening a flower shop...much like the one her mom and her friend once ran. Across the street, Tifa runs a bar, always smiling, always doing fine. Or so the saying goes. Between new blooms and late-night drinks, the two of them find comfort in the quiet and in each other, despite the messiness, and despite the pain.
