Fics like Traces of the Love You Left

It started with the loss of the boy who had saved her all those years ago—a loss that motivated Tifa Lockhart to pursue his dream of joining SOLDIER. She did, and damn, was she good at it. Made 2nd class in no time. Everything was going great until she was put on a mission that sent her back home… The voices of the planet, Aerith Gainsborough always hated them. One of the perks of being in Midgar was that it was just loud enough so she didn’t have to hear them. After her mother's death, Aerith found herself with two choices: keep running and live a life in hiding, or well, damn, join them. The Turk life afforded her some freedoms, even though she was always given shitty jobs until one of them landed her at a certain bar… This is their story, and how they were always fated to meet. or The SOLDIER Tifa and Turk Aerith AU that you never knew you needed.
