Fics like Tim doesn't look like Tim

Dick and Cass turned the album they were holding between them, showing their family a cute baby girl, with blond curly hair and big green eyes, smiling towards them. ....... That's me", Tim finally answered after a few more minutes raising his head to meet his family's eyes, "that was me when I was 2 maybe 3 years old", he stated again. Or, Tim Drake is apparently one of those babies that have a different eye and hair color when they're born that gradually changes the older they get. !!so sorry for the many mistakes that was in this fic, I just reread it today and corrected as many mistakes as i could, please feel free to inform me of any more mistakes so that I could also rectify them, enjoy!!
