OUTCASTS INITIATIVE: DIRECTIVE - ######### Summary Record – Access Level [REDACTED] Multiple entities of divergent origin have been identified and extracted from their native timelines. Each exhibits unstable yet valuable psychological and metaphysical traits. Designated “Outcasts,” these subjects are bound by #######: persistent deviation compared to others within their respective worlds. Their removal from certain key events, strange characterisation, or other “plot holes”, wasting their potential talents, this appears both intentional and accidental dependant on the respective world. Subjects are to be observed across controlled interdimensional deployments, wherein they will acquire new capabilities, experiences, and emotional parameters. All activities are recorded and archived under “File Series – Outcast Candidate #01–##.” Purpose remains classified.
