“I said, go away,” Tim repeated, his voice strained and quiet under the steam and noise. Kon sighed, placing the shampoo on the counter with a soft thud. “At least turn the water down, it’s going to scald you,” he called out. Tim ripped the shower curtain back to glare at him. He was sitting curled up on the tiled floor of the tub, fully dressed in a thick, too-large t-shirt that Kon was almost certain was his. Based on the murderous look Tim was giving him, he was not about to ask. “Leave, Kon,” he repeated, his voice cutting through the noise. “Baby—” Kon tried, stepping closer when he saw the glint of tears rolling down Tim’s face. “Kon-El.” That was the nuclear option. Kon-El was reserved for life-or-death situations, a reprimand, or the most serious possible boundary. Kon didn't hesitate. He slowly backed out of the bathroom, pulling the door shut until the click of the latch was deafeningly loud. Yeah. Kon had no idea what to do. -- or, in which Tim gets his period and Kon does his best to help.
