Fics like The Stray

A story in which…the author takes a katana to every teenage dystopian universe and makes a fuckity little jigsaw puzzle with the pieces. A story in which…the author takes Homestuck characters and throws them into that fucked up jigsaw and play’s dolls with them on her hardwood floors, knees aching, lips twitching with whispered dialogue and cruel laughter. A story in which…a distant war killed off most of the population, destroyed big city centers, and left an infestation of radioactive areas and ravaging mutants. Still, what remains of Seattle stands strong under the governing fist of The Assembly, just ignore the turbulent weather, mutant attacks, and raging inequity within the system. Now enters the unluckiest guy you’ve ever fucking met, orphaned and short, what’s the next bad thing to happen to him? Take your pick; there’s endless possibilities.
