Fics like Soothing palms

Stress was a constant among demons - usually a low, simmering presence at the back of their mind, a pressure that never ceased. The quiet, gnawing knowledge of their situation and how truly fucked they were because of it. The only demons impervious to it were those that had already been wiped clean, empty shells puppeted by Gwi-Ma, and no one sought that reprieve; it was just the inevitable endpoint for those who couldn’t endure. So they all learned to deal with their reality in their own ways. Determination and withdrawal, scheming and cruelty, any and all emotional outlets, anything to make them feel a little more secure. Abby deals with stress through self-harm, so the other Saja find a different way for him to alleviate his stress.
