Fics like Golden Boy

Lin Ling had never been the kind of man who went to see shows live- he much preferred to sit cross-legged on his couch, munching on his popcorn and scattering crumbs everywhere, even though he knew he'd have to clean them up later. He's also never really been all that into ballet. He respected it as an art form, but it had just never piqued his personal interest. The things he watched tended to be animated shows, or cheesy dramas where everyone overreacted to everything at all times and nobody had ever gotten within fifty feet of the word 'communication', or occasionally an hour-long deep dive on some random subject that flicked across his feed. Which was why he wasn't quite sure how Wreck managed to talk him into going out to see a ballet performance. Probably because Wreck had managed to nab two of the best tickets in the theater, and Lin Ling felt guilty refusing his best friend. NICEST WEEK 2025: OCT 15 Prompts: Gold/Golden, Swap AU
