Fics like slow down, take your thyme

He and Mydei still get into fights all the time actually, but it’s different now. Now, after a fight, Phainon fluffs the pillows on the couch while Mydei takes a pint of blueberry-yuzu gelato out of the freezer, the one they always keep stocked for post-fight nights. Then, they’ll curl up on the couch, side by side with one spoon between them, and watch whatever show is trending on Netflix. Recently they’ve been going through an adaptation of one of Mydei’s favorite novel series. Phainon has been trying to get them to fight again so they can watch the next episode. Mydei plans a dinner night for their friends. Phainon is his in-house, nonnegotiable sous-chef who also happens to believe that Mydei is undateable.
