There are pearls forming in Neptune's hair every now and then. The Ice Giant is always a bit embarrassed by the glowy small orbs that seem too noticeable in his blue locks. And yet... Throwing them away felt wrong. Like a part of himself is getting discarded. So, Neptune choose a different way for them to still hold use- sew them on his moons, his treasures- clothes.
