Fics like Mother Of The Bats

In a city of shadows, where capes clash with crime and every heartbeat risks a war, she is the quiet constant — the warmth beneath the armor, the calm within the chaos, the fire when love isn’t enough. “Mother of Bats” is a heartfelt and character-driven drabble series chronicling the life of the Reader, the woman who married Batman and became the unshakable mother to Gotham’s fractured flock: Dick, Jason, Tim, Damian — and every stray soul the Bat Family pulls in. This isn’t a story about crime-fighting. It’s about what happens after. After the blood is scrubbed off Kevlar. After the masks are dropped at the door. After the mission ends — and the healing begins. At its core, this series is about: •Softness in a hard world — showing strength not through violence, but through love that does not bend. •Motherhood as a quiet revolution — fierce, messy, unconditional, and deeply personal. •Marriage to the Bat — intimacy built in whispered bandage changes, rooftop arguments, shared grief, and stubborn joy. •Chosen family — how a woman becomes home to broken boys and a brooding man who thought he could never deserve one.
