Fics like The Beast of Eerie Sounds

Alastor lacks both a shadow and emotions. His colleagues in the police force suspect him of murder, Charlie, his partner, being his sole defender. When Charlie’s father is killed, the pair investigate, only to find more than they ever imagined. Even worse: Alastor’s shadow has returned. As Head Ranger for the Eerie Sounds National Park, Lucifer protects the park visitors and its supernatural occupants from each other. Shocked to learn of his alleged death, Lucifer is delighted to see his estranged daughter…until Alastor outs him as a fairy and follows with parenting advice. Alastor despises how easily Lucifer is swayed by emotion. Lucifer prefers Alastor’s shadow. Can they stop the serial killer—or will the beast of Eerie Sound claim more victims? Written for the 2025 Cherribang event, this fic has art from two amazing artists! Kookyfan has an amazing piece for chapter 19 and Drowsy somehow managed to capture chapter 32. You are in for such a treat when I figure out how to link these!
