Fics like The Boy In The Bathtub

Jason Todd is a broke 16-year-old kid trying to get home from his after-hours job. He hears a muffled noise in an alley, he almost ignores it. But then he sees a boy, younger than him, bruised and bleeding, half-conscious in the grip of some serious monsters. Jason jumps in. Fights dirty. Manages to scare them off just enough. He grabs the kid and runs. Doesn’t know his name. Leaves him with a call to 911 and a fake name. Meanwhile, Damian is found. He’s safe. But he’s traumatized, and he doesn’t remember who saved him, just that the person had a red hoodie.
