Fics like A New Beginning

NOT DISCONTINUED; IS STILL ONGOING! It's been 3 years since the events of the war between Bricksburg vs. DUPLO. Syspocalypstar is happier than ever. And Emmet and Lucy have even started a new family. But then Rex Dangervest, once thought to be dead, suddenly appears alive and well! Needless to say, everyone is not happy, much less Rex himself. But Emmet sees a second chance for him to reform and maybe try again with their friendship. But Rex's redemption might be more complicated than Emmet believes, with memories of the past haunting everyone involved. As well as a threat from the Systar System's past watching it all in the shadows, readying to strike. And to top it all off, Rex soon becomes the unofficial uncle of Emmet and Lucy's children. This redemption arc is going to be interesting.
