Fics like why won't you look at me?

“Look at me.” Celine wants to, she really does. But she cannot, not right now, not like this. Even as Rumi approaches her, begging her, “Look at me….” She cries, and Celine tries, but she can’t, she just can’t. “Why won’t you look at me?!” Because she was ashamed. Of herself. For letting this happen. Of the fact that even in a moment like this, she couldn’t bring herself to touch Rumi, not with the mark of the demons etched all across her skin….Celine hated herself, she could only hate herself because she couldn't hate Rumi. She could blame her and pity her and feel sorry for her…..but she could never hate Rumi….just like how she could never love her completely. ----- A look at Celine's PoV when Rumi approaches her after the disaster at Idol Awards.
