Fics like Courtside Secret

“Evan Buckley, right? From the Lakers?” Buck gaped at him. Eddie Diaz knew his name? “Evan?” “Right, yes, sorry,” Buck shook himself out of it, holding out his hand for Eddie to shake. “Buck. No one, uh, no one really calls me Evan anymore. No one except my sister.” “Buck.” Eddie smiled at him as he tested the name. “Nice to meet you. I’m Eddie.” “Oh I know who you are.” Buck blurted out, somehow forgetting how to be a real human being. “That was some fight out there, man.” “Yeah?” Eddie smirked. “You a fan?” Buck shrugged bashfully. “Maybe a little. You’re pretty impressive to watch.” AKA: Snippets of moments between basketball player Buck and MMA fighter Eddie Diaz, from the moment they met to their happily ever after.
