Fics like Hunger (for everything but your touch)

Self-service,” Ratchet repeated, as if Optimus had the context for whatever he was going on about. “It’s a good method for stress relief, emotional release –" “I – don’t know,” Optimus said, and there was heat flooding his faceplates. He glanced away. Ratchet made a dissatisfied noise. “Remedy that, then. Maybe it’ll help at least a little, and I can start worrying the normal amount instead of worrying myself half to pieces.” ---- The frustration and despair in his chest was boiling over. Why. Why, not one good thing – didn’t he deserve one good feeling, after he’d seen so many of his friends die? After he had washed away their Energon from his own bloody hands? After all, didn’t Megatron owe him? Was he not the reason he was in this state, even if it was indirectly. Megatron would have never apologized for it, would only shove the fusion cannon into his face, humming – Optimus’ optics widened. The cannon. If it was charged – it hummed.
