Fics like We Need To Talk About Megatron

“What Jazz means is,” Ratchet butted in with bared dental plates, “is that you totally should authorize the formation of a special commando team to infiltrate that soggy piece of slag they call a ship and cut off Megatron’s spike!” Optimus didn’t roll his optics, but it was a near thing. “Oh please, not THAT again!” he exclaimed, throwing his arms into the air. “For the last time, Megatron doesn’t have ‘wicked designs’ on me,” he kept his voice steady as he said so, even if his Spark gave a little pang “ and I already said the permission was denied, and it’s final!” Or, a meeting like any other for the Autobot's Leader and his Officers. If only they could stop asking for Megatron's spike on a plate, though; it'd made Optimus' day a lot less stressful.
