Fics like Made Your Mark On Me

Do you love him? Before Buck’s mind can formulate the undeniable answer in words, a burning sensation engulfs his forearm. For a split, irrational second, he thinks maybe he’s having a heart attack — but no, it’s the wrong arm, and the pain is too low anyway. He races over to his kitchen sink, planning to douse the flames in cold water, but when he looks down, he almost does have a heart attack. Because there are two black bands maybe half an inch apart circling his forearm just below his elbow. Two black bands that definitely weren’t there when he left Eddie’s house fifteen minutes earlier. “No,” Buck whispers, staring down at his arm in something like horror. “Oh, no.” Because there’s only one thing it could be. His soulmark. *** In a world where your soulmark only shows up when you realize you're in love with your soulmate, Buck's appears at the worst possible time. Or season 8b spec, soulmates edition!
