Fics like A Better End: Somewhere You Can See The Stars

It’s been nearly three years since the end of the war and two and half since Sasuke left Konoha for his journey of atonement. Within the peace he fought so hard for, Naruto has found himself wondering what happiness looks like for him. There’s an itch, a feeling under his skin that he's missing something, that he just can't shake. When he gets a letter from Sasuke saying he’ll be home in two days with intel about Amegakure's new leadership, Naruto's routine is shattered—and maybe it's for the better. * * * “Don’t,” Sasuke’s voice was a growl, his palm nearly suffocating Naruto as he covered his mouth with a harsh grip, “get any ideas.” “W–what?” Naruto’s voice squeaked under his hand, going bright red before he understood his meaning. He was pressed back into the shelves as far as he could, a few of them creaking with his and Sasuke’s combined weight as the other ninja leaned against him in the tight space. “Ideas? I don’t have any of those, you know that–” “Say one more word and I’ll Amaterasu you.”
