Kwazii had taken the Gup B for a drive. This was not an unusual occurrence, but the fact that he'd been gone for so long, without so much as a word from him, was unusual. Why had he suddenly stopped communicating? Because Kwazii had crashed. On a normal trip out with the Gup B, Kwazii loses control of it and crashes into the mouth of a cave, causing the rocks to collapse on top of him and trap him underneath. With twenty minutes of air and a Gup B that won't start, he can only hope the rest of the crew will come to his rescue before he runs out of oxygen. Kwazii isn't worried.
