Fics like The Final Phonecall

Looking for a fresh start outside of Ignacia, siblings Kai and Nya Jiang-Smith move to small town Jamanakai village - the relic of a once idyllic 50's town. But their new home contains more than a busted boiler and dusty childhood bedrooms. In the midst of challenging college life and the struggles of their strained relationship, the siblings are soon forced to play house with the child ghost attached to the haunted rotary phone in the locked office. As they navigate the throes of haunted parenthood, they slowly unearth the mysterious origins of Lloyd Garmadon's death 70 years ago - and maybe learn more about each other and themselves in the process.
