Fics like in picture frames, in dirty dreams

“I thought you should… see this,” Eddie then mumbles, fingers smoothing over the leather binding. Buck patiently watches as Eddie carefully flips the book open. There are dozens of sketches in here, some better than others. His childhood home back in El Paso, dunes only he knows exist just like this back in Afghanistan; a hand holding out, reaching for nothing. And then, on one of the last pages he’s filled so far—a shirtless man, viewed from behind, shown from the waist up, looking up at the upper left corner of the page, looking nothing short of a Greek God, ethereal glow and everything. Buck’s breath hitches when he sees it. Realizes that the messy curls, the defined back muscles, the patch of darker pencil around the brow, is all… him. or the one where Eddie Diaz worships Buck's lightning scars.
