Fics like Similarly Different

Will’s always been set on helping others, and he’s damn good at it, but rarely does he shed tears for himself. When he talks about himself, it’s always for the benefit of others, making promises to right wrongs even if it means enduring the unjust prejudices people have toward him. Strohl used to think it was admirable, but seeing the way Will fights against the need to let what he’s feeling out is one of the most heartbreaking things he’s ever seen. [Or: When they can't make sense of the sudden changes, the important things stay the same.]
