Fics like Charadrius

In which after the battle at the Tyrant's Star, Louis doesn't end up becoming human and instead pays the price by permanently suffering from a chronic magla-borne condition. Despite the protests of Will's party to end Louis’ life for his crimes, Will decides to spare him in hopes of mutual understanding despite his own reservations. Or: Louis survives, at the cost of being under Will’s care and destroying everyone’s sanity. Warning: This fic contains spoilers for the entire game up until October. Please avoid reading until you’ve gotten to this point or have finished the game. Thank you.
