Fics like can't stop staring (into the sun)

The lights dim on Jackson and his dancers squatting next to the big screen, and the purple and green lights give their forms halos, glowing in the dark. Jackson leans down and grabs one of the dancers by her ponytail and he moves her in his grip like a marionette, willing and beautiful, and Yixing’s mind goes staticy white. It’s a brilliant bit of choreography, Jackson gets dragged from her by another dancer behind him and she stretches on her legs like a threatened cat in front of him, but Yixing’s field of vision has grown so small and all he can focus on is the looping visual of Jackson’s nimble and sure hand pulling the dancer’s hair. -- Or; a conversation about fear and safety
