Fics like And you had a… breast augmentation, right? Oh no wait, I’m sorry—
A trans patient has top surgery scheduled with Dr. Visagie. What they aren’t told, before they’re passed out on the surgery table, is that Dr. Visagie doesn’t believe that his patients really know what it means to be a trans man. This new generation… they all think being trans is a fad. So he’s dedicated to, instead of deflating their chests, inflating them, making them overly sensitive, teaching them to love their bodies. Fixing them - so that they'll finally understand that not having a bountiful, bobbling bust shouldn’t stand in the way of them being their true selves. Dr. Visagie's doing good work. He’s helping these kids solve their insecurities, and become the women they were always meant to be.
