Fics like A Hero's Guide to Alternate Timelines

Hiccup, Fishlegs, and Camicazi have managed to escape the American Dream 2 but are now faced with the impossible task of finding their way back to Berk with nothing but two hunting dragons, a table, and a boy good at plans who has a head wound. The task becomes even more impossible when the troop of dragon riders who rescue them turn out to be strangely familiar... and prove to be evidence that they are less of an ocean away from home and more of an entire different dimension away from the Barbaric Archipelago they know and love. One thing is for sure: If they ever get back home they certainly deserve to be declared the winners of that swimming race. -- bookxmovie crossover featuring the main book trio (plus stormfly and toothless of course) ending up on the Edge for a few weeks interacting with the Riders and their dragons. Book knowledge is fairly important to understanding what is going on. Not a lot of plot but very many shenanigans and wish fulfillment scenarios. Title subject to change!
