In an instant, all the lights and electronics within the lounge shut off, bathing the room in absolute darkness. Alastor’s crimson dials were initially the only sources of light that could be seen, up until his chin was forcefully grabbed and his gaze was wrenched up and bathed in the bright, electric blue glow of Vox’s screen. “Sorry, Alastor,” Vox chuckled, his layered voice becoming the only thing Alastor could hear other than the sounds of his own rapid breathing and pounding heart. “Your operating system’s obsolete.” Alastor caught sight of that large, twisting red eye, and like that, he was trapped. No matter how much his body struggled, his gaze was longer able to break away from that swirling crimson pit. “Vox—!” “So!” The clawed hand moved around Alastor’s throat to shut him up before he could finish his plea. Vox’s grin was manic. “We’re gonna get inside that head of yours and make a few changes!” -- In which Vox decides to take Alastor for himself. Possessing such a prize, however, doesn't come without a few stipulations.
