Eddie considers downloading Grindr. He’s not gay, he thinks, but curiosity killed the cat after all. It would kill Eddie’s curiosity, that’s for sure, shoot it point-blank and then Eddie can go to work in two days not feeling like he’s been wrung out on a washing line. He shoves the thought down his throat until it’s stuck in his oesophagus and swallows. He showers, changes into sweatpants and an old shirt from the academy and climbs into bed. He fiddles around on social media, and texts Buck to let him know he’s home and in bed and when Buck doesn’t reply, Eddie decides no, absolutely not, and rolls over and goes to bed. Eddie walks in on Buck hooking up with a guy from Grindr. He's really normal about it.
