Fics like splinters and all

“Do you ever wish you were someone else?” Q asks, and James has never heard him sound so small. James’s first instinct is to brush him off with a cocky answer about being Bond, James Bond. Who wouldn’t want to be him? Then he sees Q's face. -- an extremely self indulgent au in which everything is the same, but also everything is X-Men (everything is the same, but Q and Bond are mutants).
